Returns and refunds:

in the rare event that you are not satisfied with your item/s please email Georgesgems@hotmail.com to allows us to come to a solution.

please note personalised items are non refundable and/or if the item is incorrect due to the customer mistake when inputting personalised information upon ordering we are not liable to refund. however if the error lies with Georges Gems then we will of course offer a refund or a replacement product to be issued as priority if you wish to do so , on return of the original item.

all non personalised items will have a refund guarantee of 14 days

Damaged orders:

​

if your items are received damaged , we can offer your replacement items, please note we will require a photo of the damage for our records , as we keep individual order photos prior to them being dispatched for up to 6 months to cross reference incase these are needed to be used for courier reference and claims.

Faulty items 

​

if in due course your item appears to have a fault , i.e a clasp breaks, or a charm becomes detatched within 3 months of the purchase date, please do get in contact as this will be repaired within immediate effect. if the fault occurs due to customer error we do repairs from as little as £5

Resin Jewellery

​

please be advised that resin jewellery and memorial jewellery does need that extra care to keep maintained, please see our resin care page for how to do this. in the event your resin item starts to yellow , we will need to be happy that proper care has been given to the item by the customer, we can remedy most yellowing with sanding down and re applying a new coat of top resin. please be aware that we use the highest grade of resin for our items to prevent yellowing from occurring but it is not guaranteed to prevent it if not cared for properly.

 

Tarnished Jewellery

please note tarnished jewellery is not a fault , this is a maintenance issue and lies with the customer, please see our silver care sheet for how to maintain your jewellery. silver jewellery not maintained properly will at some point tarnish , in this case we do offer a free cleaning service our Georges Gems items so please do get in touch :)
